Natasa Loizou

For around 20 years, I have been trusted and consulted for my innovative mindset, strategic vision, research ability and planning capacities to advise leaders in government and business organizations in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. My knowledge and experience in the fields of public administration, business research consulting, international relations, defence and security, have developed my expertise in techno-scientific management, human and creative innovation, policy development, strategic planning, project design and execution, standard operational procedure design, data analysis and communication.
I hold a BA in Politics and International Relations (University of Kent at Canterbury, UK), an MSc in International Security (University of Bristol, UK) and a specialization in Research Methods in Social Sciences (University of Bristol, UK). I am a certified trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority of the Republic of Cyprus. I hold a researcher position at the Universidad Metropolitana para la Educación y el Trabajo (UMET) and I teach in different national public and private universities in Argentina, as well as in security and military educational institutions.
I held executive positions as Executive Director of the National Agency of Controlled Materials (ANMAC);Provincial Director of Metropolitan Public Policies at the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires;Undersecretary of Science, Innovation and Technology Management at the Municipality of Tigre;Director of Management Evaluation at the Airport Security Police;Program Manager for Defence R&D at the Ministry of Defence;and Program Manager for the Centres of Research and Transfer at the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) of Argentina.
I am building up a human innovation hub connected by multidisciplinary professionals and experts from Europe and Latin America with the mission to offer corporate strategic knowledge, training education and operational innovative solutions to existing businesses and start-ups, research centres, universities and other organizations.
