Raphaël is a Senior Policy Officer in charge of data-driven advocacy at Transparency International EU. Working on projects to enhance lobby transparency, conflict of interests prevention, and legislative transparency at EU-level, he excels in the use of data to foster reform of ethics systems through EU Integrity Watch. Raphaël has coordinated the development of national versions of the online platform in partnership with TI chapters in 17 European countries.
