Eleni Karaoli holds an LB and LLM in Law, and she is a lawyer by Profession and academic studies. She has extensive knowledge of EU and national legislation on NGOs, as well as on gender equality, stereotypes, equal opportunities, inequalities and poverty. She has great experience and knowledge in managing and organizing projects and was involved in organising numerous campaigns, seminars, informative assemblies and meetings, research, trainings, strategic review, round table discussions, conferences, conventions, and press conferences. She is the co-founder of CIVIL SOCIETY ADVOCATES, a board member and vice chair of the European Antipoverty network and a Chair in the Cyprus Antipoverty Network and the Cyprus Women Lobby.
