Susana Martinez Vellon

Susana Martínez Vellón (Ciudad Real, 1972) holds a Master’s degree in Philology from the University of Murcia (UMU), a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Open University (UNED) in Spain, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the UMU, and a Postgraduate degree in International Cooperation and Cultural Management from the University of Barcelona. She has previously been the Coordinator of Aula Cervantes de Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Aula Cervantes de Seattle, USA. Currently, she is the Coordinator of the Aula Cervantes de Nicosia, Cyprus and President of the EUNIC Cyprus cluster. She has extensive experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language and managing cultural projects in the United Kingdom, Italy, Malaysia, USA and Spain. She is also an official examiner for the International Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE). She speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
