Marcel Schepp has been Advisor for the International Party Dialogue of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), a German political foundation, since 2021. Previously, he worked for four years as Advisor in the Evaluation Unit of KAS, with responsibilities for impact monitoring, project management training and reporting in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Marcel Schepp started his career at KAS in India in 2011 as Researcher for its Regional Programme SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) and subsequently for KAS’ Country Office India, with a strong emphasis on building multi- and bilateral political networks.

Mr. Schepp graduated from the University of Trier with an M.A. in political science and sociology. His main areas of interest include democracy promotion, political party research and state modernization.
