Stalo Demosthenous

An experienced Senior Officer at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ms. Stalo Demosthenous has over 23 years of extensive experience in business support services, primarily focused on SMEs. In her role as Coordinator for the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Cyprus, she has enhanced her skills in project management, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and business development.
Ms. Demosthenous holds a BA in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Accounting and Finance, as well as an MBA in International Business from the University of Sunderland. Her expertise encompasses international trade, business planning and development, market research, product development, and a robust understanding of EU policies. She is proficient in policy decision-making, organizing and managing events, preparing detailed reports and financial statements for EU projects, and providing guidance on funding opportunities and technology transfer. Additionally, she facilitates EU public consultations and actively participates in sector-specific groups. Ms. Demosthenous is also involved in the National Monitoring Committees for the EU Cohesion Policy Programs 2014-2020 and 2021-2027, the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Cyprus, and the National Reform Programme.
